Project Supervisor Construction
Supporting the Client in their PSCS Duties
First Safety Management assist clients and appointed duty holders in fulfilling their legal obligations as Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) under the SHWW (Construction) Regulations 2013, through proactive coordination of health and safety, preparation of the Construction Stage Safety Plan, and implementation of a tailored Safety Management System.
Our Support Includes:
- Coordinating the implementation of site-specific safety measures.
- Ensuring effective communication between designers, contractors, and the client.
- Assisting with the management of overlapping trades or shared access risks.
- Monitoring compliance with site safety arrangements and statutory obligations.
Construction Stage Safety Plan Development
- Preparing or assisting in the preparation of a fully compliant Construction Stage Safety Plan.
- Designing and tailoring a Safety Management System aligned with:
- Ensuring systems are proportionate to project size and complexity.
- Providing competent safety support during site start-up
